I started my career in customer service because I enjoy helping people. Becoming a technical writer felt natural as a career transition. It gave me another way to help customers.
When I was younger I never thought, "I want to be a technical writer when I grow up." As an adult, I can't imagine not being a technical writer.
I’m a technical writer with a passion for clarity, structure, and elegant communication. Whether I’m documenting complex healthcare workflows or simplifying software processes, I specialize in creating content that’s accurate, accessible, and thoughtfully designed for the audience.
My experience includes healthcare, IT, banking, and software environments, where I’ve developed SOPs, user guides, training materials, and documentation that supports both compliance and usability. I believe good writing isn’t just about words, it’s about empowering people to understand, act, and succeed.
